Voxori is a Dutch AI front office for small business, made in Rotterdam. We build it because phone coverage for a hair salon, dentist or garage is just revenue: every missed call is a customer who phones the shop down the street.

What we believe

Most AI sounds slick but promises too much. We have one hard rule: Voxori never says a booking is confirmed unless it is actually in the calendar. No invented times, no invented prices, no empty promises. Doubt? She transfers politely to the owner. Honest "let me check on that" beats a slick answer that's wrong.

Native Dutch, not translated

Voxori is built for Dutch — the way people here book an appointment, name a time or hesitate. She schedules appointments straight in Google Calendar and sends an SMS confirmation. And under the EU AI Act she states at the start of every call that you're talking to a digital assistant.

Privacy and hosting

Call data lives on servers inside the European Economic Area (Amsterdam) and we operate to GDPR. How we handle data is described in our privacy statement.

Where we stand today

We're a young company: Voxori runs live and we expand with guided pilots per industry, so each new sector is genuinely tested before it answers the phone unattended. Honest about what already works and what's still on the roadmap — that's part of the principle above.
