Voxori is made by Prime Invest B.V. from Rotterdam. We build it from one conviction: AI shouldn't belong only to large organisations with a call centre. Every business and every self-employed professional deserves a front office that answers the phone, helps properly and stays honest.

The hairdresser is cutting hair. The plumber is under a sink. The dentist has a patient in the chair. Right then the phone rings — and nobody answers. Not because it doesn't matter, but because they're working. The very work the caller is phoning about.
Large companies solve this with a reception desk, a call centre and a team on rotas. Sole traders and small businesses don't have that. Every day they choose again: interrupt the work, or let the customer go.
Why we built Voxori.
At Prime Invest B.V. we believe that choice is no longer necessary. The technology exists: AI that answers a question in plain Dutch, puts an appointment in the calendar or transfers a call with context. What was missing was a version that fits the business owner — fairly priced, with no setup fees, and without needing an IT department.
So we build Voxori: the same front office large companies have, for everyone who gets called. We want to show business owners and individuals that AI doesn't have to be a threat, but help that gives time back — time for the real work.
With one hard rule: Voxori invents nothing and promises nothing that didn't really happen. An appointment is only called "booked" once it is actually in the calendar.

What we believe
Most AI sounds slick but promises too much. We have one hard rule: Voxori never says a booking is confirmed unless it is actually in the calendar. No invented times, no invented prices, no empty promises. Doubt? She transfers politely to the owner. Honest "let me check on that" beats a slick answer that's wrong.
Native Dutch, not translated
Voxori is built for Dutch — the way people here book an appointment, name a time or hesitate. She schedules appointments straight in Google Calendar and sends an SMS confirmation. And under the EU AI Act she states at the start of every call that you're talking to a digital assistant.
Privacy and hosting
Voxori runs on servers in Amsterdam. Speech recognition, language model and voice run via sub-processors; for each one we publish where the data is stored. How we handle data is described in our privacy statement.
Fairly priced, no barrier
€0 setup fees. You try it free for 7 days from the moment you go live, and after that it's cancellable monthly. No annual contract, no hidden start-up fee — the price you see is the price you pay.
Where we stand today
We're a young company: Voxori runs live and we expand with guided pilots per industry, so each new sector is genuinely tested before it answers the phone unattended. Honest about what already works and what's still on the roadmap — that's part of the principle above.
