A service does not get overbooked
Per service you set when the first and last seating are, how long a turn lasts per group size and which group limits apply. On top of that you set your table layout.
The assistant only calls a reservation booked once the calendar confirms it, and only when there is really room for that number of people. If it is full, she offers another time.
Guests who prefer to reserve themselves use the public reservation link. It writes into the same calendar, so phone and online never collide.

You enter your tables. Once tables are set, the assistant only books when a fitting table is free; without tables it counts seats.

What Voxori Tafel does not do
Clear limits, so you know what you get:
It is not a till or POS system. Voxori Tafel handles reservations. Orders, bills and the till are outside it.
It is for restaurants only. For other industries Voxori Tafel is off, because reserving by party size does not fit there.
A time is only confirmed when the calendar says so. A guest never hears “booked” while the booking has not succeeded.
An external calendar is a copy. Google Calendar gets a best-effort mirror; Outlook on request only.
What does it cost?
Voxori Tafel is part of Voxori Complete for restaurants and has no separate monthly amount. The current price of Complete is on the pricing page.
