How does Voxori ask for a deposit on a phone reservation?

During the call Voxori mentions that a small deposit is part of the reservation and sends the caller an iDEAL payment request by SMS. As soon as the payment arrives, the reservation is final — not before. This prevents no-shows without you doing anything.

What deposit amount can I set?

You decide: from a symbolic amount per person to a higher deposit for large groups or busy nights. You set it per industry template and can change it anytime.

What happens to the deposit if the customer shows up?

You can deduct the deposit from the bill on arrival, so the customer pays nothing extra overall. If someone doesn't show, the deposit largely covers the lost seat.
