What happens when Starter's 150 minutes run out?
Voxori keeps answering — we never hang up on a real caller. Above the cap, Voxori simply stops booking new appointments until the new month starts. No hidden costs, no per-minute surcharge. If you structurally call more, Professional (no minute cap) is the better fit.
How do I cancel?
Monthly, no penalty. Cancel by email, no later than 7 days before the end of the current month — the subscription then ends at the end of that month. No long contracts.
How fast am I live?
Usually within 2 business days of signing up. We go live together with you and listen in on the first pilot calls before Voxori answers unattended.
What does the 30-day money-back guarantee cover?
If you're not satisfied within 30 days of your first payment, we refund the subscription fee paid in full upon written request, within 14 days. The guarantee covers the subscription fee, once per customer; the one-time setup is separate. See article 4 of the terms.
Do prices include VAT?
No — Voxori is a business service (B2B); all listed prices exclude VAT.
What happens during an outage?
We're open about it: our public status page (voxori.nl/status) shows the live system status, open incidents, recently resolved outages and indicative uptime over the past 30 days.
