Not every appointment starts with a phone call. With Voxori Plan every service gets a public scheduling page with its own link and embed code, where visitors choose a time themselves.
The booking lands in the same calendar as the phone appointments, so there is no double booking. Voxori Plan is included in Voxori Complete.

One calendar, two entry points: phone and scheduling page
Per service you make a scheduling page visible and share the link, or you place the embed code on your website. A visitor picks a free moment; what is already taken is not offered.
A group session, such as a workshop or an intro, can have several participants: you set the number of places per time.
An appointment is only called booked once the calendar confirms it. The same rule applies to the assistant on the phone.

What Voxori Plan does not do
Honest about the edge of this module:
It is not a payment module. Voxori Plan schedules appointments. Payment at the time of scheduling is not part of it.
It works on the calendar you manage in Voxori. The scheduling page books into Voxori Calendar. An external calendar gets a best-effort mirror copy, Outlook on request only.
You must first make a service visible. Without a visible service there is no scheduling page to share.
What does it cost?
Voxori Plan is part of Voxori Complete and has no separate monthly amount. The current price of Complete is on the pricing page.
