How does Voxori know whether to speak Dutch or English?

Voxori starts in Dutch by default. If the caller speaks English, she recognises it and switches to English for the rest of the call automatically. The caller doesn't choose anything or press a key.

Does this work on the same phone number?

Yes. You don't need a second number or a separate English line. All callers come in on your existing number; Voxori adapts to the caller's language per call.

Can Voxori also schedule and confirm appointments in English?

Yes. The whole conversation — answering questions, scheduling an appointment or reservation, the SMS confirmation — runs in the same language the caller uses.

Which plan includes the bilingual option?

The bilingual mode is included from the Professional plan. We set it up together with you and make a few test calls before you go live, so you know it works in both languages.

Besides Dutch and English, does Voxori speak other languages?

Right now we focus on Dutch (default) and English. We don't sell languages that aren't there — if a language isn't listed here, you can't rely on it yet.
