For your industry
An AI front office for restaurants — takes reservations 24/7.
Service is running, the kitchen is cooking, the phone is ringing. Voxori answers, asks for party size and date, but also answers 'how late are you open?' or 'do you have vegetarian options?' itself — and books the reservation in your calendar. You keep serving.

Every missed call is a customer who dials the next number.
A transparent estimate for this industry, built on conservative averages you can adjust. It shows what staying unreachable costs you — not a Voxori promise.
What does it cost you?
± €7,920per year in missed reservations
≈ €660 per month
~30 missed calls per month × €55 margin contribution per reservation (several covers) × 40% that actually book — adjust to your own numbers
Illustrative calculation based on industry averages — not a guarantee. The annual figure is the monthly amount × 12; your actual outcome depends on your own call volume, rates, and how many calls you currently miss.
From ring to booked — here's the whole call.
One incoming call, handled automatically. Voxori only books for real after your go-ahead and a live calendar check — never a made-up promise.
From ring to SMS — how it actually goes.
Play the whole call: Voxori answers, understands 'a table for four', checks your table calendar live, offers an alternative when a slot is full — and only records the reservation after the check succeeds. Every step is exactly what the restaurant template does on the phone.
Example conversation. Voxori only books after a successful availability check and never invents a free table — exactly what the restaurant template does live.
One contact — and every module runs along.
Not just a phone bot — Voxori runs the whole lifecycle for this industry. See which modules light up at each step, honestly labelled live, module or in pilot.

Three situations you probably recognise.
Reservation missed during the service rush
Between 6:30 and 8:00 PM everyone calls for that same week. Nobody on the floor has time to pick up. That reservation goes to the restaurant down the street. Voxori always answers — even during peak hours.
Closed in the afternoon, but the phone keeps ringing
The team rests between lunch and dinner. The phone stays on for evening reservations. Voxori answers, schedules it, and you see it during the mise en place.
Callers who don't want to use Resengo or OpenTable
Not everyone wants to create a booking-platform account. Voxori speaks Dutch, handles simple reservations on the spot and gives you full control in the calendar.
Three steps. No second phone. No training needed.
Guest calls the restaurant number
Voxori answers from the first ring. It asks: party size, date, time and any dietary needs (vegetarian, gluten-free, allergies).
Voxori checks your table capacity
Full on Saturday evening at 7:00 PM? Voxori offers 8:30 or 6:00 PM, or a table on Friday. Books it in your calendar — no overbookings.
Confirmation by SMS
The guest immediately gets an SMS: date, time, party size and any notes. You see the reservation in your system; the whole conversation can be read back in the dashboard.
From first ring to confirmation — step by step.
The place is full and you're on the floor — and the phone rings. Voxori takes the reservation.
Answers like a host
Warm and welcoming, with the notice that it's the restaurant's digital assistant.
Asks party size first
At a restaurant the number of guests decides everything — so Voxori asks that right away, even before the time.
Checks whether that table is free
Voxori sees whether there's room for that party at that moment, and otherwise offers a nearby time.
check_beschikbaarheid()Notes requests — without promising
Terrace, an allergy or a high chair? Voxori writes it down as a request and honestly says the staff will confirm it on site.
Records the reservation
After agreement Voxori books the table with name, time and party size.
maak_reservering() · successSMS confirmation
The guest gets an SMS; you see the reservation in your system and can read the conversation back.
A party of 10+, catering or New Year's Eve? Voxori transfers to you — bookings like that you'd rather handle yourself.
Every caller becomes a contact card with a timeline.
No integration, no manual work: after every call the caller is in your own Voxori CRM — timeline included. When a returning customer calls, Voxori recognises it and doesn't start cold. You switch it on yourself in your portal. Prefer HubSpot or Pipedrive? Those connect too.
A reservation in the middle of the lunch service
It's Friday afternoon, the chef is in the kitchen and the restaurant is busy. A caller wants to book a table for four for Saturday evening.
Result: The reservation for four on Saturday evening at 7:30 PM was placed directly in the calendar and Fatima immediately receives an SMS confirmation with the date, time and party size.
A written example for illustration — not a recording of a real call. Voxori states at the start that it is the digital assistant and only confirms an appointment after the calendar has been checked live.
Chat with Voxori — like a real customer
This is the same booking brain as on the phone, set up for this industry. Ask for an appointment and watch it handle the whole conversation. You get 3 minutes — the clock starts at your first message. It's a demo — nothing is actually booked.
More than just picking up.
These modules are off by default — you switch them on yourself in your customer portal and decide the settings. No surprises for your callers.
Reservation reminder — fewer no-shows
A table for four that doesn't show up on a Friday evening is gone for good. Turn on the reminder (opt-in) and every guest automatically gets an SMS before the reservation — with the option to call if they can't make it. If the guest cancels, the reminder is dropped automatically.
Spam shield — robocallers kept out
In the middle of service you have no time for silent robocalls. Voxori recognises numbers that call repeatedly without ever saying a word and turns them away before a conversation starts. Such calls cost no AI minutes and don't pollute your stats or your bill.
One digital reception. Everything your phone asks.
Answers the reservation line 24/7 — even during busy services and after closing time
Tells the caller right away that it's the digital assistant, honestly and by default
Checks availability live and books the table directly — only after that check
Automatically offers an alternative time when the restaurant is full, no double bookings
Immediately sends an SMS confirmation with date, time and party size to the guest
Answers common questions about opening hours, location and what's on the menu
Neatly transfers complaints or special requests to the owner or staff
Optional: reminder SMS for the reservation, iDEAL deposit and — in pilot — automatic waiting-list fill-up on cancellation
Not just appointments — a whole conversation mix.
Voxori covers six conversation types that come back every day. Below is the typical split we hear in your field — so you recognise which part of your day Voxori takes over from tomorrow.
Indicative split based on industry averages for an ai front office for restaurants — your own mix will differ. We measure your own split in your dashboard once Voxori is running for you.

The questions we hear most.
Does Voxori understand 'a table for four' and 'vegetarian'?
Yes. The restaurant template is trained on party size (incl. children), dietary needs (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, allergies), special requests (birthday, high chair) and time slots.
Does it work with my existing reservation system?
Today Voxori books directly into Google Calendar. Integrations with Resengo, Formitable and OpenTable are on the roadmap. Until then you can use a separate calendar that you do link to your reservation system.
What if someone wants to cancel or change a booking?
Voxori notes the request and transfers it to you (or passes it on if you're closed). You change or cancel the reservation itself in your own calendar — automatic cancelling/changing is on the roadmap.
Does Voxori work for takeaway and delivery orders?
At the moment only for on-site reservations. Takeaway/delivery goes through your own channels — Voxori then refers the caller there.
What if the place is full and someone wants to join the waiting list?
Voxori asks for a name and phone number and adds it to a waiting list that you see in the dashboard. If there's a cancellation, you can call them.
Ready to never miss a reservation again?
Try Voxori on your own number — €0 setup. Live within 2 business days, ideal to test before the next weekend.
Modules you can switch on anytime.
Let Voxori ask for a small iDEAL deposit on reservations — fewer empty slots.
Someone calls in English? Voxori switches along. One number, two languages.
