Does Voxori understand gym jargon?
Yes. The gym template knows terms like trial class, membership, intake, personal training, bootcamp, spinning and group class. Specific class names or PT packages you offer are added during setup.
How does Voxori handle an injury question?
Voxori gives no medical or injury advice. If someone asks whether they can take part with a knee injury or which exercise is safe, Voxori transfers to you or refers them to a physiotherapist. That's hard-wired into the template.
Can Voxori approve a cancellation itself?
No — deliberately not. Cancellations are contractual and go through your admin. Voxori notes the request with name, membership number and reason, and passes it straight on so you can process the notice period correctly.
Can I exclude PT intakes or certain classes from AI handling?
Yes. A first PT intake or a personal introductory call can be marked as 'human only'. Voxori then asks for a call-back note and sets it ready for you in the dashboard.
What if someone asks about PT rates or package prices?
