For your industry
AI front office for vets — answers 24/7, books consultations.
An owner calls: 'What does a consultation cost?' Voxori quotes the price from your system and asks if she may book it in. Another: 'The cat hasn't peed for hours.' Voxori recognises an emergency and transfers you straight away. You're at the table, Voxori handles it — 24/7, evenings and weekends included.

Three situations you probably recognise.
Phone and exam room at once
Your assistant is helping with an examination or at the desk with an owner. The caller gets no answer and tries the clinic down the road. Voxori picks up every call and books the consultation while you both keep working.
Worried owner after hours
In the evening someone calls: the cat hasn't peed for hours, the dog ate chocolate. No voicemail that helps. Voxori picks up, recognises an emergency and transfers to your on-call colleague or the animal ambulance according to your rules.
Vaccination reminders that slip away
A forgotten annual booster means a missed consultation and a dog that isn't protected. When the owner calls for a vaccination or deworming, Voxori books it straight away — evenings and weekends included.
Three steps. No second phone. No training needed.
Owner calls the practice
Voxori picks up, asks for the owner's name, the animal (species, name, age) and the reason — consultation, vaccination, dental check, neutering or something else. Sounds calm, even when the owner is upset.
Voxori books into your calendar
Checks your availability live and offers suitable times. Knows the difference between a quick vaccination and an extensive dental cleaning, and books the right slot. Emergencies don't simply go into the calendar — they're transferred according to your protocol.
Confirmation by SMS
The owner receives the date, time and what to bring (passport, stool sample, fasting) by SMS. You see the appointment with the animal's name in your calendar and can read back the whole conversation in the dashboard.
From first ring to confirmation — step by step.
An owner calls for the annual booster, or worried about their dog or cat. Here's what happens — with sharp emergency triage, while you're in the treatment room.
Answers warmly
Voxori introduces herself as the practice's digital assistant, warm and reassuring. She senses whether someone is calling about a routine matter or whether something is really wrong.
Asks about owner and animal
Consultation, booster or dental check — Voxori asks the name and what the dog or cat is called, and what you're calling about.
No advice, no diagnosis
Prices come literally from your data. Voxori never interprets a symptom herself and gives no dosage or feeding advice — for that she lets the vet take a look.
Checks your calendar live
Voxori offers two times that are genuinely free, optionally with the owner's own vet — never a time she invents.
check_beschikbaarheid()Books only after agreement
Service, animal, day, time and name in one sentence, then Voxori puts the appointment in your Google Calendar. Not before.
maak_afspraak() · successConfirmation on its way
The owner immediately receives an SMS with the date and time. You see the appointment listed and can read the conversation back later.
Hit by a car, breathing trouble, a tomcat that can't pee or a listless rabbit — that's an emergency and Voxori transfers immediately, never an appointment. Euthanasia, results, medication or operation costs also always go straight to the practice.
A quick call between consultations
A veterinary practice has a busy morning of consultations. The practice assistant is unavailable and Voxori takes over the call.
Result: Appointment booked for Noor (cat) on Thursday at 9:30 AM after a live calendar check; an alternative time was offered; SMS confirmation sent.
A written example for illustration — not a recording of a real call. Voxori states at the start that it is the digital assistant and only confirms an appointment after the calendar has been checked live.
More than just picking up.
These modules are off by default — you switch them on yourself in your customer portal and decide the settings. No surprises for your callers.
SMS appointment reminder — fewer no-shows
A forgotten vaccination appointment means an empty consultation and an animal that isn't protected. The appointment reminder (opt-in) automatically sends the owner an SMS before the appointment and cancels it by itself if the appointment is cancelled. You set the timing yourself; no SMS is ever sent in the middle of the night.
One digital reception. Everything your phone asks.
Picks up 24/7 — during consultations, surgery or a home visit too
Tells the caller straight away that she's the practice's digital assistant
Answers common questions: opening hours, address, which species you treat
Checks the consultation calendar live and books the appointment directly — no double bookings
Automatically offers an alternative consultation slot if the requested time is full
Sends an SMS confirmation straight away with the date, time and the animal's name
When in doubt, with complaints or in acute cases, transfers neatly to the vet or assistant
Every conversation can be read back as a transcript in the dashboard

The questions we hear most.
Does Voxori understand veterinary jargon?
Yes. The vet template is trained on terms such as vaccination, annual booster, deworming, neutering or spaying, dental cleaning, microchipping and titre testing. Treatments your practice offers specifically we add during setup.
What does Voxori do in an emergency (animal hit by a car, breathing trouble, poisoning)?
Voxori gives no medical advice and makes no diagnosis. At signs of an emergency — hit by a car, breathing trouble, a cat that can't pee, poisoning, difficult birth, bleeding — she transfers straight to your number or the on-call animal clinic according to the rules you set. Euthanasia requests always go through to you.
Can I exclude certain treatments from AI handling?
Yes. Euthanasia, discussing results or scheduling an operation you can mark as 'humans only'. Voxori then notes a callback request and emails you; the appointment itself you arrange together with the owner.
What if the practice is closed?
Voxori says the practice is closed and gives the next open day. For an emergency outside opening hours she transfers to your locum or emergency number according to your protocol — no voicemail that no one hears.
Does it work with multiple vets in one practice?
Voxori books into one shared calendar and notes with each appointment which vet the owner prefers and which animal it concerns. A separate calendar per vet with automatic routing is on the roadmap — let us know if you need this.
