Does Voxori understand hotel and B&B jargon?

Yes. The hotel template is trained on terms like arrival, departure, room type, double room, breakfast included, late check-in, no-show and parking. Specific room names or packages (e.g. 'garden suite', 'package deal') we add during setup.

How does Voxori handle cancellations or the cancellation policy?

Voxori never fills in cancellation terms or refunds itself — those are up to you. It notes the request and transfers it, or sends a callback note if you're closed. An actual change or cancellation you make in your own calendar.

Can I exclude corporate bookings or groups from AI handling?

Yes. Group bookings, corporate packages or weddings you can mark as 'humans only'. Voxori then asks for contact details and the nature of the request and transfers it or arranges a callback.

What happens when reception is closed or I'm on holiday?

You tick closure periods in your dashboard. Voxori then says no reservations are possible for that period, passes on the next available date and notes a callback request for matters that need to be handled in person.

Does Voxori work with my existing booking system (Booking.com, Mews, Cloudbeds)?

Today Voxori books directly into Google Calendar; a separate calendar you can sync with your PMS or channel manager. Direct integrations with Booking.com, Mews and Cloudbeds are on the roadmap — let us know which system you use.
