Yes. The accountant template is trained on terms like VAT return, income tax return, annual accounts, provisional assessment, the small-business scheme (KOR), the self-employment law (DBA), payslip and payroll tax. For your specific services (e.g. international tax or a niche specialism) we add to it during setup.

How does Voxori handle a client asking for tax advice?

Voxori never gives tax advice — that's for you. If someone asks 'can I deduct this?' or 'is this assessment correct?', Voxori notes it briefly, asks for the assessment number or relevant details and books a callback or review appointment. For genuine urgency (deadline tomorrow, objection period running out) it transfers straight away according to your rules.

Can I exclude certain services from AI handling?
