Does Voxori understand optician jargon?

Yes. The optician template knows terms like eye test, refraction, lens check, multifocal, children's glasses and frame adjustment. For specific services you offer (e.g. ortho-k or sports glasses) we add them during setup.

How does Voxori handle an acute eye complaint?

Voxori gives no medical advice. For an acute complaint (pain, sudden poor vision, a particle that won't go away) it refers the caller to their GP or an out-of-hours GP service and, where needed, forwards to you according to your rules.

Can I exclude certain services from AI handling?

Yes. A first contact-lens fitting or a complex warranty claim can be marked as 'humans only'. Voxori then asks for a callback note and sends you an email.

What happens when the shop is closed?

You tick your opening and holiday hours in your dashboard. Voxori then says the shop is closed, gives the next open day and can schedule an eye test or pick-up moment for later.

Can Voxori answer questions about health insurance or reimbursement?

Only to a limited extent. Voxori gives no specific explanation about reimbursements, excess or supplementary packages — it refers those to you or to the customer's health insurer. For the booking itself that isn't needed.
