For your industry

AI front office for car garages — answers 24/7, books MOT and servicing.

Your workshop is full. A caller asks 'What does an MOT cost?' or 'When can I come in next week?' — Voxori answers those questions itself from your own data, books the appointment and logs the fault. You can keep working.

The cost of silence

Every missed call is a customer who dials the next number.

A transparent estimate for this industry, built on conservative averages you can adjust. It shows what staying unreachable costs you — not a Voxori promise.

What does it cost you?

± €10,320per year in missed jobs

≈ €860 per month

~18 missed calls per month × €120 conservative average of a service/repair job × 40% that actually book — adjust to your own numbers

Illustrative calculation based on industry averages — not a guarantee. The annual figure is the monthly amount × 12; your actual outcome depends on your own call volume, rates, and how many calls you currently miss.

What we keep hearing

Three situations you probably recognise.

01

Phone in the workshop, you under the car

Your hands are covered in oil, the phone is ringing behind you. By the time you're free, the customer has already called the garage down the road. Voxori answers every call.

02

MOT requests you currently miss

The MOT is your steady stream of customers. Miss the phone and that customer drives to someone else. Voxori answers every call and books the MOT appointment straight away when the customer rings.

03

Fault questions outside opening hours

People with car trouble call at the oddest moments. Voxori answers, notes the make, registration and complaint, and books an inspection appointment or transfers urgent cases through.

How it works

Three steps. No second phone. No training needed.

01

Customer calls the garage

Voxori answers, asks for the registration, make and what needs doing — MOT, service, tyres or a fault. It knows the difference between a quick MOT and a major service.

02

Voxori books the right slot

An MOT is done in a flash, a timing belt is not. Voxori knows how long each job takes, checks your workshop calendar and books the right block of time. Need a courtesy car? It notes that too.

03

Confirmation by SMS

The customer gets the date, time and what will be done by SMS. You see the appointment with the registration in your calendar.

The whole call

From first ring to confirmation — step by step.

A customer calls about an expired MOT or a warning light while you're lying under a car. Here's what happens — without you putting down your spanner.

1
Answer

Picks up promptly

Voxori introduces itself as the digital assistant of your garage, short and businesslike just like in the workshop. No hold music, no voicemail.

2
Recognise

Hears what they're calling about

MOT, service, tyres or a warning light — Voxori recognises it and asks for the registration, before the name.

3
Question

No diagnosis, no guessing

Fixed rates come straight from your own data. What's broken and what a repair costs, Voxori never estimates — that's for the mechanic to decide.

4
Calendar

Checks your schedule live

Voxori first asks for a specific day and then offers two times that are genuinely free — never a time it makes up.

check_beschikbaarheid()
5
Confirm

Only books after agreement

Service, day, registration and name in one sentence, then Voxori puts the appointment in your Google Calendar. Not before.

Confirmation on its way

The customer immediately gets an SMS with the date, time and service. You see the booking and can read the conversation back later.

And a breakdown or repair costs?

A breakdown by the roadside goes straight through, with no questions first. A diagnosis, a price estimate, a warranty or a complaint about a previous service? Voxori transfers to the mechanic — it never guesses a price itself.

Voxori's own CRM — now live

Every caller becomes a contact card with a timeline.

No integration, no manual work: after every call the caller is in your own Voxori CRM — timeline included. When a returning customer calls, Voxori recognises it and doesn't start cold. You switch it on yourself in your portal. Prefer HubSpot or Pipedrive? Those connect too.

How it sounds

A call in the middle of the workshop

A customer calls the garage for a major service. The mechanics are under the car and the owner is busy with an MOT inspection — nobody picks up.

Voxori
Good afternoon, you're speaking with the digital assistant of Garage Van der Berg. I'm an AI, so I'm not a mechanic, but I'm happy to help. What can I do for you?
Caller
Hi, I'd like to book a major service for my Golf, a 2019.
Voxori
No problem. A major service for a 2019 Volkswagen Golf — is that right? Let me check what's available in the calendar.
Caller
Yes, exactly. Ideally sometime next week, Monday or Tuesday — it doesn't have to be early.

Voxori
I can see Monday the tenth is already full. Tuesday the eleventh still has a slot free at half past nine — does that suit you?
Caller
Half past nine is fine, yes.

Voxori
Great, then I'll book you in for Tuesday the eleventh of June at half past nine for a major service on the Golf. Your name and phone number?
Caller
Mark Janssen, 06-12345678.
Voxori
Noted. You'll now get an SMS confirmation with the date and time. Do you have any other questions, or shall I put you through to the garage?
Caller
No, this is fine. Thanks.

Result: Major service appointment booked for Tuesday 11 June at 09:30 after a live calendar check; SMS confirmation sent to the customer straight away.

A written example for illustration — not a recording of a real call. Voxori states at the start that it is the digital assistant and only confirms an appointment after the calendar has been checked live.

Try it yourself

Chat with Voxori — like a real customer

This is the same booking brain as on the phone, set up for this industry. Ask for an appointment and watch it handle the whole conversation. You get 3 minutes — the clock starts at your first message. It's a demo — nothing is actually booked.

Demo — 3 minutes of test time, nothing is actually booked.
Hi! I answer the phone for this business. How can I help — book an appointment, or a question?

You're chatting with the same AI brain as on the phone. This is a demo: no real appointment is made.

New — live and opt-in

More than just picking up.

These modules are off by default — you switch them on yourself in your customer portal and decide the settings. No surprises for your callers.

Safety-net mode — you keep answering yourself

Don't want to hand the phone straight to an AI? You don't have to. In safety-net mode your own phone rings first; if you don't pick up — under the car, hands covered in oil — Voxori takes over seamlessly, before your voicemail does. That way you grow at your own pace from safety net to a full AI front office.

Missed-call SMS — no caller disappears unnoticed

If a caller couldn't be helped after all — say because all lines were busy — they automatically get a short, polite SMS letting them know their call was seen. You call back as soon as your hands are free, instead of never knowing someone rang.

What Voxori handles for you

One digital reception. Everything your phone asks.

Answers 24/7 when mechanics are under the car or the garage is closed

Frequently asked

The questions we hear most.

Can Voxori give a price or a quote?

No. Voxori never quotes prices you haven't set in advance. For a quote it takes the registration, make and the complaint and books an inspection appointment, or has you call back.

Does Voxori note the registration correctly?

Yes. Voxori asks for and repeats the registration to confirm it, and asks you to spell it out if in doubt. It appears in your dashboard and calendar.

Can Voxori send MOT reminders?

For a booked MOT appointment: yes — the SMS appointment reminder is live (opt-in), so the customer doesn't forget the appointment and you don't have an empty ramp. A yearly recall ('your MOT expires next month') is still on the roadmap. If a customer calls about the MOT, Voxori books the appointment straight away.

What about a breakdown or a tow-truck request?

Voxori assesses whether it's urgent and transfers the call to your number or your breakdown partner, following the rules you set.

Does it work with courtesy car planning?

Voxori notes whether a courtesy car is needed and adds it to the appointment. You manage the courtesy car calendar itself in your dashboard.
