For your industry
AI front office for customer service — absorbs the peak, even after closing time.
A caller asks: 'Where is my order?' Voxori is honest that she can't look into your order system live, notes the order number and schedules a callback with your team. Next caller: 'What's your returns policy?' — that one she answers herself, straight from your knowledge base. And because she handles several calls at once, nobody sits on hold.

Every missed call is a customer who dials the next number.
A transparent estimate for this industry, built on conservative averages you can adjust. It shows what staying unreachable costs you — not a Voxori promise.
What does it cost you?
A customer who hangs up after a long wait rarely comes back — availability is retention here.
The value is in availability and customer retention, not a fixed booking, so we don't quote a euro figure — adjust to your own call volume and customer value
Illustrative calculation based on industry averages — not a guarantee. The annual figure is the monthly amount × 12; your actual outcome depends on your own call volume, rates, and how many calls you currently miss.
From ring to booked — here's the whole call.
One incoming call, handled automatically. Voxori only books for real after your go-ahead and a live calendar check — never a made-up promise.
One contact — and every module runs along.
Not just a phone bot — Voxori runs the whole lifecycle for this industry. See which modules light up at each step, honestly labelled live, module or in pilot.

Three situations you probably recognise.
A hold queue at peak times — and callers who give up
Monday morning, after a mailing or around a delivery: everyone calls at once. Whoever waits too long hangs up — and doesn't always call back. Voxori handles three conversations at the same time instead of one, and anyone who just misses out gets a polite message plus a call-back text rather than an endlessly ringing line.
Callers after closing time
Your team works until 5:30 PM, but customers call in the evening and at the weekend — exactly when they have time. Voxori is reachable 24/7: routine questions she answers on the spot, for the rest she schedules a callback at a time your team is actually there.
Reports that never land anywhere structured
A complaint on a post-it, a change request passed on verbally, an order number nobody wrote down. Voxori logs every report in a structured way — name, subject, order number, phone number — as a full transcript in your dashboard.
Three steps. No second phone. No training needed.
Customer calls your service number
Voxori answers within one second, friendly and fluent — even when three others are calling at the same time. She asks for the name and what it's about, and notes the order number where needed.
Voxori answers from your knowledge base — or schedules a callback
Returns policy, delivery times and rates come literally from your approved texts. If she can't answer it herself — like the live status of an order — she says so honestly, checks your calendar and schedules a callback appointment with your team.
Confirmation by SMS or routed through
The customer gets an immediate SMS with the callback slot. A complaint or an outage in your service Voxori routes through following your rules. You read every conversation back as a full transcript in the dashboard.
From first ring to confirmation — step by step.
A customer calls at the busiest moment of the day. Here's what happens — with no hold queue.
Answers without a queue
Voxori introduces herself as your customer service's digital assistant, in fluent English. She runs several conversations at once — nobody sits on hold.
Hears what it's about
A question, an order, a change or a complaint — Voxori recognises it, asks for the name and notes the order number where needed.
Answers from your knowledge base — or says no honestly
Returns policy and delivery times come literally from your approved texts. The live status of an order she can't look up — she says so honestly, and then schedules a callback.
Checks live when your team can call back
Voxori checks your calendar live and offers two concrete callback slots from the result — she never invents a time herself.
check_beschikbaarheid()Locks in the callback only after agreement
One short confirmation — subject, order number, time and name — then Voxori locks in the callback appointment.
maak_afspraak() · successSMS goes out
The customer gets an immediate SMS with the callback slot. You see the appointment waiting and read the conversation back later as a full transcript.
An angry customer, a complaint about a delivery or an outage in your service? Voxori never promises compensation and doesn't invent a solution — she logs everything in a structured way and routes it straight through to your team following the rules you set.
Every caller becomes a contact card with a timeline.
No integration, no manual work: after every call the caller is in your own Voxori CRM — timeline included. When a returning customer calls, Voxori recognises it and doesn't start cold. You switch it on yourself in your portal. Prefer HubSpot or Pipedrive? Those connect too.
A 'where is my order?' at the busiest moment
Monday morning at a webshop: the whole team is already on the line. A customer calls because her order from last week hasn't been delivered yet.
Result: Callback appointment locked in for the same day at 3:30 PM after a live calendar check, with the order number in the note; SMS confirmation sent to Sanne. The order status itself a colleague will look into — Voxori made nothing up.
A written example for illustration — not a recording of a real call. Voxori states at the start that it is the digital assistant and only confirms an appointment after the calendar has been checked live.
Chat with Voxori — like a real customer
This is the same booking brain as on the phone, set up for this industry. Ask for an appointment and watch it handle the whole conversation. You get 3 minutes — the clock starts at your first message. It's a demo — nothing is actually booked.
More than just picking up.
These modules are off by default — you switch them on yourself in your customer portal and decide the settings. No surprises for your callers.
Knowledge base & website import — your own answers, no guessing
Voxori answers questions from your own knowledge base — returns policy, delivery times, rates or your service catalogue. Import it from your website or documentation; every suggestion comes in as a draft and you approve it before Voxori ever tells a caller. Add it separately (+€19/mo) or it's included in Voxori Compleet.
Safety-net mode — your own team keeps answering first
Not ready to hand everything to an AI right away? You don't have to. In safety-net mode the phone rings with your own team first; if nobody picks up because every line is busy, Voxori takes over seamlessly, before the caller ever hears a hold queue or voicemail. You grow from overflow safety net to full 24/7 coverage at your own pace.
One digital reception. Everything your phone asks.

Voxori covers six conversation types that come back every day. Below is the typical split we hear in your field — so you recognise which part of your day Voxori takes over from tomorrow.

The questions we hear most.
Does Voxori replace my customer service team?
No — and that's deliberate. Voxori absorbs the peak, the hold queue and the evening hours: routine questions she answers from your knowledge base, for the rest she schedules a callback. The complex work — goodwill decisions, custom cases, a difficult file — stays with your own people. Think of it as an extra first line that's never busy, not a replacement.
Can Voxori look up the status of an order?
No, honestly not — there's no live integration with your order system. Voxori then does what is truthful: she notes the order number, answers what's in your knowledge base (for example your standard delivery time) and schedules a callback with a colleague who can look into it. She never makes up a status or a delivery date.
What happens with an angry caller?
Voxori stays calm, listens and never tries to smooth over a complaint with promises she can't keep — no pledged compensation, no invented solution. She logs the complaint in a structured way and routes it through to your team following the rules you set. If nobody is reachable at that moment, she schedules a callback.
How does Voxori know what she's allowed to answer?
From your own knowledge base. You import it from your website or documentation; every suggestion comes in as a draft and you approve it before Voxori ever tells a caller. If an answer isn't in there, she says so honestly and schedules a callback — she never guesses.
Can Voxori handle several callers at once?
Yes — Voxori currently handles up to three calls at the same time, where a human agent handles one. If more come in at once (a peak after a mailing, say), the fourth caller hears a polite message rather than an endless ring, and with the Missed-call SMS module they immediately get a call-back text. If you expect structurally higher peaks, say so during onboarding and we scale capacity with you up front. Every conversation is stored separately as a transcript in your dashboard.
Is this GDPR-proof for customer data?
Yes. Servers are in Amsterdam (within the EEA), connections are encrypted and we sign a data processing agreement (DPA) with you. Voxori tells every caller she's an AI and only asks what's needed to log the question or the callback slot.
