For your industry
AI front office for podiatrists and pedicures — answers 24/7, schedules treatments.
You're in the middle of a foot treatment — corns, callus or a diabetic foot check. Meanwhile Voxori answers questions like 'How much does it cost?' or 'What are your opening hours?' itself, books appointments in your calendar and immediately flags urgency (a wound on a diabetic patient, a red foot). Your phone is staffed — even when you aren't.

Three situations you probably recognise.
Phone ringing in the middle of a treatment
You've got gloves on and your instruments are at a foot. The phone rings behind you. By the time you're free, that client has already booked with the pedicure down the road. Voxori takes every call and schedules the appointment straight away.
Diabetic-foot and rheumatism clients with questions
Clients with a medical indication often call for a check or because they feel something out of the ordinary. Voxori answers, notes the complaint in general terms and schedules an appointment — no medical advice, just a quick booking.
Bookings that come in during the evening
Many people sort out their pedicure appointment after their working day. If the practice is closed by then, they look elsewhere. Voxori works 24/7 and is still booking at 9 PM.
Three steps. No second phone. No training needed.
Client calls your practice number
Voxori answers within one second, asks for the name and what needs to happen. She knows terms like pedicure treatment, callus, corns, heel fissures, ingrown nail, fungal nail and diabetic check.
Voxori checks your calendar live
She knows a regular pedicure takes less time than a diabetic or rheumatism foot check, offers a fitting time slot and books directly in your Google Calendar — no double bookings.
Confirmation by SMS
The client immediately gets an SMS with the treatment, date and time. You see the booking in your calendar and can read back the whole conversation later in your dashboard.
From first ring to confirmation — step by step.
An older caller has pain in a foot and sounds unsure. Voxori takes her time and schedules an appointment — without interpreting the complaint.
Answers calmly and with care
Voxori introduces herself as the digital assistant of your practice and adapts her pace to the caller. Calm, with room for a pause.
Hears what you're calling about
Foot treatment, callus, nails or a diabetic foot — Voxori recognises it and asks for the name and preferred time. No questions about the complaint itself.
No diagnosis, no advice
Voxori never makes a diagnosis and gives no self-care tips. Prices come straight from your list — if it's not there, she forwards the call.
Checks your calendar live
Given a specific day, Voxori looks in the calendar, with the requested practitioner if relevant, and offers two genuine slots.
check_beschikbaarheid()Only books after agreement
One short summary — treatment, day, time, name — then Voxori sets the appointment down, with any notes attached.
maak_afspraak() · successConfirmation on its way
The patient gets an SMS with the day and time. You see the appointment in your calendar and read the conversation back later.
A diabetic patient with a wound, a red or warm foot, a suspicion of fungus or a complaint about an earlier treatment? Voxori estimates nothing and reassures no one — she forwards straight to you.
A call between two treatments
A pedicure practice is in the middle of a treatment. A regular client calls for a new appointment for a nail treatment and a callus treatment.
Result: Appointment booked after a genuine calendar check and an SMS confirmation sent; no intervention from the pedicure needed.
A written example for illustration — not a recording of a real call. Voxori states at the start that it is the digital assistant and only confirms an appointment after the calendar has been checked live.
One digital reception. Everything your phone asks.
Answers 24/7 — even during treatments when your hands are occupied
Books nail treatments, callus treatments and medical pedicures directly in the calendar
Checks live whether there's room and automatically offers an alternative time when the schedule is full
Answers questions about opening hours, address and which foot problems are treated

Forwards to the pedicure for complaints, referrals or medical questions that need a tailored answer
Every conversation is in the dashboard as a transcript, so you don't have to listen back to anything
Not just appointments — a whole conversation mix.

The questions we hear most.
Does Voxori understand the jargon of a podiatrist or pedicure?
Yes. The template is trained on terms like heel fissures, corns, callus, fungal nail, ingrown nail, orthotic insoles, diabetic foot and rheumatism foot. Specific treatments you offer (e.g. orthosiology or nail repair) we add during setup.
How does Voxori handle complaints or a medical question?
Voxori gives no medical advice. With a complaint she notes the situation in general terms and schedules an appointment, or forwards to you if the client really wants to speak to a person. For a referral to a GP or podotherapist she politely points the client in the right direction.
Can I exclude certain treatments from AI handling?
Yes. A first intake for a diabetic or rheumatism foot, or a biomechanical examination, you can mark as 'handled by a person only'. Voxori then takes down a call-back note and sends you an email.
What happens when the practice is closed for a holiday?
You tick off holiday periods in your dashboard. Voxori then states that the practice is closed, gives the next open day and, if needed, logs a call-back request.
Is this GDPR-proof for client data?
Yes. Servers are in Amsterdam (within the EEA), connections are encrypted and we sign a data processing agreement (DPA) with you. Voxori only asks what's needed to schedule an appointment — no medical details that aren't required.
