Is this GDPR-safe for patient data?

Yes. Servers are in Amsterdam (within the EEA), connections are encrypted and we sign a data processing agreement (DPA) with you. Voxori does not ask for medical diagnoses — only contact details and the nature of the complaint in general terms.

Can Voxori handle reimbursement questions?

To a limited extent. For general questions ('is physio covered by my basic insurance?') Voxori gives a general answer and refers the patient to their health insurer. Specific reimbursement questions are transferred to you.

Does it work with several therapists in one practice?

Voxori books into one shared calendar and notes for each appointment which therapist the patient wants. A separate calendar per therapist with automatic routing is on the roadmap — let us know if you need this.

What if a patient wants to cancel an appointment?

Voxori notes the cancellation and transfers to the practice; rescheduling or cancelling in the calendar is something you do yourself. Automatic cancellation is on the roadmap.

Can Voxori proactively schedule repeat appointments?

Proactive recall/call-back cycles (calling patients yourself for a follow-up) are on the roadmap. What is live: every booked appointment gets — if you switch this on — an automatic SMS reminder in advance, withdrawn automatically on cancellation. And if a patient calls for a follow-up appointment, Voxori books it right away.
