For your industry
An AI front office for driving schools — answers 24/7, books intro lessons.
You're in the passenger seat and the phone rings. A parent asks: 'What does an intro lesson cost?' and 'Can my child start next week?' Voxori answers both itself, books the lesson straight into your calendar and sends an SMS confirmation. You drive on, no interruption.

Every missed call is a customer who dials the next number.
A transparent estimate for this industry, built on conservative averages you can adjust. It shows what staying unreachable costs you — not a Voxori promise.
What does it cost you?
± €9,360per year in missed students
≈ €780 per month
~16 missed calls per month × €140 very conservative margin of a new student booking a lesson package × 35% that actually book — adjust to your own numbers
Illustrative calculation based on industry averages — not a guarantee. The annual figure is the monthly amount × 12; your actual outcome depends on your own call volume, rates, and how many calls you currently miss.
From ring to booked — here's the whole call.
One incoming call, handled automatically. Voxori only books for real after your go-ahead and a live calendar check — never a made-up promise.
One contact — and every module runs along.
Not just a phone bot — Voxori runs the whole lifecycle for this industry. See which modules light up at each step, honestly labelled live, module or in pilot.

Three situations you probably recognise.
Calls missed during a driving lesson
You're talking a learner through a roundabout or a hill start. You can't pick up — and that parent who wanted to book an intro lesson for their daughter is about to call the driving school down the road. Voxori answers from the first ring and books the intro lesson right away.
Parents calling in the evening for their 17-year-old
Many sign-ups come in during the evening, after the son or daughter has passed their theory test. If you've finished teaching for the day, the registration walks away. Voxori works 24/7 and still books an intro lesson at 9:30 PM.
Last-minute cancellations that leave your day with gaps
A learner cancels two hours beforehand. That lesson is now a hole in your day. Voxori notes the cancellation and asks whether the learner wants to reschedule — and, in pilot, can offer the freed-up slot to the next learner via the waiting list.
Three steps. No second phone. No training needed.
A learner or parent calls your driving-school number
Voxori picks up within one second. It asks whether it's about an intro lesson, a single lesson, a retake or an interim test, the learner's name and a preferred time.
Voxori checks your calendar live
An intro lesson runs differently from a double lesson just before the exam. Voxori knows the duration per lesson type, checks your availability and books the right slot into your Google Calendar — no double lessons, no forgotten breaks.
Confirmation by SMS
The learner (or parent) gets an SMS with the date, time, pickup address and lesson type. You see the lesson in your calendar and can read the conversation back in your dashboard later.
From first ring to confirmation — step by step.
A parent calls about a nervous seventeen-year-old son, with the exam in sight. Voxori patiently books a driving lesson — without promising anything about passing.
Answers clearly and patiently
Voxori introduces itself as your driving school's digital assistant, in calm English. As if it's the first time they've called about this — because often it is.
Intro lesson, single lesson or motorcycle
Voxori asks what you're calling about and for which learner — car, motorcycle or scooter. An exam request goes straight to a human.
Never estimates the number of lessons
Voxori promises no passes and recommends no lesson count. 'The instructor looks at that after the intro lesson.' Prices come straight from your list.
Checks the calendar live
For a specific day, Voxori looks in the calendar, with the requested instructor if asked, and offers two real slots.
check_beschikbaarheid()Books only after agreement
One short summary — driving lesson, day, time, learner's name — then Voxori locks the lesson in. Two lessons a week? Each booked separately.
maak_afspraak() · successConfirmation on its way
The learner gets an SMS with the day and time. You see the driving lesson in your calendar and read the conversation back later.
A CBR exam, retake or interim test goes straight to you — those involve a BSN and coordination. Cancelling a lesson for tomorrow, cancellation fees or a complaint about an instructor too. Voxori makes no statements on those.
Every caller becomes a contact card with a timeline.
No integration, no manual work: after every call the caller is in your own Voxori CRM — timeline included. When a returning customer calls, Voxori recognises it and doesn't start cold. You switch it on yourself in your portal. Prefer HubSpot or Pipedrive? Those connect too.
Scheduling a driving lesson while the instructor is on the road
A learner calls to schedule a driving lesson. The instructor is behind the wheel with another learner at that moment and can't pick up.
Result: Appointment booked after a live calendar check and an SMS confirmation sent; the instructor didn't have to interrupt anything.
A written example for illustration — not a recording of a real call. Voxori states at the start that it is the digital assistant and only confirms an appointment after the calendar has been checked live.
Chat with Voxori — like a real customer
This is the same booking brain as on the phone, set up for this industry. Ask for an appointment and watch it handle the whole conversation. You get 3 minutes — the clock starts at your first message. It's a demo — nothing is actually booked.
More than just picking up.
These modules are off by default — you switch them on yourself in your customer portal and decide the settings. No surprises for your callers.
SMS lesson reminder — fewer no-shows
A learner who forgets their lesson is an hour of standstill for you and your car. With the appointment reminder (opt-in), every booked learner automatically gets an SMS before the lesson — 24 hours ahead by default, adjustable yourself. If the learner cancels, the reminder is withdrawn automatically.
Waitlist & auto-fill — a cancelled lesson fills itself
When a learner cancels, that hour is normally gone. With the waitlist module Voxori automatically offers the freed-up slot by SMS to learners who wanted it earlier but couldn't — whoever confirms first gets the lesson hour. You don't have to ring anyone. Add it separately (+€19/mo).

Not just appointments — a whole conversation mix.
Voxori covers six conversation types that come back every day. Below is the typical split we hear in your field — so you recognise which part of your day Voxori takes over from tomorrow.
Indicative split based on industry averages for an ai front office for driving schools — your own mix will differ. We measure your own split in your dashboard once Voxori is running for you.

The questions we hear most.
Does Voxori understand driving-school jargon?
Yes. The driving-school template is trained on terms like intro lesson, single lesson, package, interim test, CBR exam, retake and exam-anxiety test. Specific terms you use (e.g. BNOR test or motorcycle A1/A2) we add during setup.
How does Voxori handle a learner trying to gauge which package they need?
Voxori makes no skill assessment — that's your job as an instructor. It books an intro lesson where you judge what's appropriate, or takes a callback request if the caller wants advice first.
Can I exclude certain lessons or learners from AI booking?
Yes. Exam requests via the CBR, exam-anxiety programmes or a first intake for motorcycle or scooter lessons you can mark as 'humans only'. Voxori then takes a callback request and sends you an email.
What if the driving school is closed for a holiday or an exam week?
You tick holiday periods and exam-block days in your dashboard. Voxori then says there are no lessons that week, gives the next available day and takes a callback request if needed.
How does Voxori handle the 24-hour cancellation rule?
If a learner cancels within 24 hours, Voxori kindly explains that, per your terms, the lesson is charged, notes the cancellation and either transfers the call or adds it to a callback list — depending on what you set. You decide the invoice or discount yourself.
