How does Voxori handle a patient calling about a broken denture or sharp edge?

Voxori gives no repair or material advice — that's between you and the dentist. With a broken clasp, loose crown or painful edge she recognises the urgency and forwards to your mobile, or schedules a repair pick-up according to your rules. A patient who hasn't yet seen a dentist she refers back to their own dentist.

Can I exclude certain orders or services from AI handling?

Yes. Complex implant work, new client practices or jobs above a certain value you can mark as 'humans only'. Voxori then logs the request and sends you a call-back request, instead of scheduling an appointment herself.
