Is this safe for patient data (GDPR)?

Yes. Servers in Amsterdam (within the EEA), encrypted connections, and we sign a data processing agreement. Voxori doesn't ask for medical details — only contact details and the nature of the appointment.

What does Voxori do in an emergency or with a pain complaint?

Voxori gives no medical advice. With pain or an emergency she forwards to your practice or locum number according to the rules you set, or logs a call-back request with priority.

Does it work with multiple clinicians?

Voxori books into one shared calendar and notes the requested clinician on every appointment. A separate calendar per clinician with automatic routing is on the roadmap — let us know if you need this.

Can Voxori schedule check-ups proactively?

Two things to keep apart. The SMS appointment reminder before a booked appointment is live: switch it on (opt-in) and every scheduled check-up automatically gets a reminder, which is withdrawn by itself on cancellation. Genuine recall campaigns — calling out patients who are overdue for their check-up — are still on the roadmap. What already works today: when the patient calls for a new check-up, Voxori books it straight away.

Does it integrate with my practice software?

Today Voxori books into Google Calendar; a separate calendar can be synced with your practice software. Direct integrations with Dutch dental care software are on the roadmap.
