The questions we hear most.

Does Voxori understand hairdressing jargon?

Yes. The salon template is trained on terms like cut, colour, highlights, blow-dry, beard trim and kids' cut. For services you specifically offer (e.g. balayage or a keratin treatment) we add them during setup.

What if the customer wants a specific stylist?

Voxori asks about a preference and checks that stylist's calendar. If they're not available, Voxori offers an alternative time or another stylist — depending on what you want.

Does it work with multiple calendars (one per stylist)?

Voxori books into one shared calendar and notes with each appointment who it's for (e.g. the requested stylist). A separate calendar per stylist with automatic routing is on the roadmap — let us know if you need this.

Can I exclude certain services from AI booking?

Yes. Bridal cuts or consultation appointments can be marked as 'by a person only'. Voxori then asks for a call-back note and sends you an email.

What if the salon is closed for a holiday?

You tick holiday periods in your dashboard. Voxori then says the salon is closed, passes on the next open day and, if needed, takes a call-back request.
