Yes. The notary template is trained on terms like closing, transfer deed, mortgage deed, will, cohabitation agreement, gift and company formation. At setup we add the specific deeds and services of your office.

Does Voxori give legal or notarial advice?

No, never. Voxori books intakes and records contact details. It doesn't answer substantive questions about inheritance law, matrimonial property law or the contents of a deed — those are for you during the intake.

How does Voxori handle a tight mortgage closing date?

Voxori recognises that a closing date is firm, notes the file, the preferred date and the other party (bank, estate agent), and transfers to your mobile or schedules a priority callback according to the rules you set. It never promises itself that a date is feasible.

Can I exclude certain files or questions from AI handling?

Yes. Ongoing files, corporate law or international estates can be marked as 'people only'. Voxori then asks for a callback note and passes it on to you or your associate notary.
